🎨COMMISSION TERMS
🔹 Personal use only, Commercial project need to be discusses first and will be priced differently.
🔹Character design isn’t included and will cost extra, If I need to design your characters, there will be an extra charge.
🔹 The Artist have the right to decline commissions without question.
🔹Please don’t use my artwork to train AI. If you do, I will cancel the commission with no refund.
🔹 Designs and sketches that I (the artist) created, if not used for the final artwork, still belong to the artist. Artist has the copyright for the creation and ideas.
🔹 NO AI, if you accusing me of using AI to draw and not trusting me in my work then don't commissioning me to draw.
🔹If you are accustomed to nitpicking on details (like pixel-level flaws) and prefer to propose modifications bit by bit rather than providing centralized feedback, please let me know in advance, as I may not be able to accept your order.
Completion & Deadlines
🔹I will provide an approximate completion date. If you want the artwork rushed to finish earlier than that date, a rush fee will apply.
🔹The TAT (Turnaround time) is estimated to be at 1-3 months from the moment that the client sends the down payment. Please be aware that this deadline may be extended and must be communicated by the artist if so.
🔹 If your feedback is delayed to the point that it affects the project’s turnaround time and the artist no longer has enough time to complete the commission on schedule, the delivery timeline may need to be extended.
🔹Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.
Process and workflow
Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.
Revision
🔹Revisions are allowed during the sketch stage. Once the artwork moves into flat colors and rendering, only minor adjustments that don’t affect the main composition will be accepted. Major changes can be made for an additional fee. Once the work has been approved, the artist is not responsible for any further changes, and any revisions requested after approval may incur an extra charge.
🔹Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.
Payment
🔹 Receive full payment before I start working on the commission. The Client can pay a 50% downpayment for higher-value projects.
Rights and usage
🔹Don’t change, edit, or trace the commission without asking the artist first.
🔹 Under no circumstances may the Client submit a Commission to any kind of online or offline contest.
🔹 The client cannot take credit for the work and cannot claim the artwork as their own.
🔹 By commissioning the Artist, the Client is purchasing the Artist’s labor only. The artist retains the right to use the finished commissions as part of the artist's portfolio. The artworks will not be sold as prints!
🔹 Clients receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the commission work for Personal use (ex: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization, such as profile pictures, banners, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels, excluding use in content of these websites or channels)
🔹 Client warrants that the character design, reference material and other intellectual property provided to the Artist are legally obtained and authorised for use by the Client. If the client requests characters not belonging to them (e.g. fanart of existing characters), they are solely responsible for the use of commissioned work. The artist holds no responsibility for DMCA claims due to the use of copyrighted characters.Use of Personal & Commercial use commisssions
🔹 Commercial rights mean usage of Work on streams, videos and other monetized content, or selling or reselling Work to another party, as a part of any product, or on another platform. Such as using the artwork for your brand (marketing materials, business purposes, etc) or social media platforms that are able to gain profit (Twitch/Youtube/etc).
🔹Please note: Commissions for VTuber characters will be count as commercial use if my work is used as a streaming asset or to market in any kind of way.
Cancellation and refund
🔹 No refund, unless If I’m unable to do your commission, I’ll fully refund you
🔹After the Artist finished the drawing, disliking the Commission or change of mind are not considered for a refund.
🔹 If Client are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. The artist will transfer the money back to client. If Client request a Paypal chargeback at any point when they were not allowed to ask for a refund, the client will lose all before-mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and the artist will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and you will be blacklisted for commissioning again.
